Kimberly Metz grew up in the town of Peotone, Illinois and graduated from Peotone High School in 1992.  She started in 1994 working in the office for her father-in-laws commercial and residential appraisal business.  In 1995, she moved to Indiana with her husband and built a home in Jackson Township.  By the year of 2003 they had expanded their family’s appraisal services into Porter County (Metz Appraisal Services).

She furthered her career into real estate by becoming a sales agent.  In working with Northwest Indiana Realty, She is directing her energy and enthusiasm toward her clients.  In understanding the competitive market of today, serving her clients in buying and selling a home will prove to be a rewarding experience.
